The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy works hard to balance public access and use with protecting natural features, unique habitats, and scenic beauty on conservation lands. To help people engage the land the Conservancy offers many educational hikes and other events as well as volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

GTRLC also welcomes educational and recreational use at our preserves, provided guests are mindful they are visiting the homes of the plants and animals whose lives depend on the land’s protection. If you would like to plan an event at a preserve please contact us.
