Conservation Easement Steward

The Conservation Easement Steward works as part of the easement stewardship team to steward private land protected through conservation easement agreements. Easement stewards serve as the main contact for their portfolio of approximately 100-120 protected properties. This person is responsible for monitoring compliance through the development of open, friendly, and trusting relationships with easement landowners.  This position will also assist with the management of our easement stewardship and land protection data. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for implementing administrative duties that help support all Conservancy departments achieve the Conservancy’s mission. Serving as the “first contact” for a diverse group of stakeholders, this person will approach each contact as an opportunity to build or deepen relationships with the Conservancy. The person in this position will also work to maintain a high level of data integrity in the Conservancy’s databases.
